  1. Must be resident of McAllen, TX or Hidalgo County and at least 21 years of age in order to qualify for contest and sweepstakes
  2. Winners chosen at random
  3. Winner must provide valid ID to verify age and residence
  4. Prize cannot be transferred from the winner to another person
  5. Employees of Radio United, Whataburger and affiliates do not quality.
